General conditions

Products are sold by Carp Gate.

All prices include VAT. Orders are fulfilled by EU partners. Carp Gate is not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Any disputes are governed by EU consumer law and Dutch legislation.

Article 2 – Applicability These general conditions apply to any offer from the entrepreneur and any distance contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the general conditions are made available to the consumer.

Article 3 – The offer The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 4 – The agreement The agreement is established at the time of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions set forth therein.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal The consumer can dissolve an agreement during a reflection period of at least 14 days without giving reasons. Products can be returned at your own risk with a carrier of your choice.

Article 6 & 7 – Exercise of the right of withdrawal The consumer must return the product as soon as possible, but within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.

Article 8 – Costs of withdrawal All costs of return shipment are borne by the consumer. Already paid amounts will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 11 – Price Prices are inclusive of VAT. Price increases within 3 months of the conclusion of the agreement are only allowed if they result from legal regulations.

Article 12 – Warranty The entrepreneur guarantees that products comply with the agreement and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.

Article 13 – Delivery Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest. In case of delay, the consumer will be notified and has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

Article 14 – Payment Amounts due must be paid within 14 days.

Article 15 – Complaints Complaints will be answered within 14 days. The consumer must give the entrepreneur at least 4 weeks to resolve a complaint.

Article 16 – Disputes All agreements shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Article 17 – Additional or different provisions Gift vouchers can under no circumstances be exchanged for cash or monies.
